Talkeetna embraces its Moose-ness!
Lunch today was at The Flying Squirrel! This has a unique menu. We shared a "fancy grilled cheese", which contained two different cheese, sliced apples, spinach on 7-grain bread.
Other choices were "curried cauliflower soup", "chorizo vegetable soup", a panini with turkey with roasted kale, yellow squash, and roasted beets.

We are getting prepared for a group dinner meal. Marcella and Jeff are baking chicken enchilidas. I am providing Spanish rice and leftover pinto beans.
