Sunday:
It was only a two hour trip that took longer. There was lots of curves and lots of traffic. Everyone was going home from the Kite Festival, and the week-enders were also headed home.
Jeff is doing a great job of finding RV parks. We are in the Barjetty County Park, complete with spruce trees, sand, and the ocean on the other side of the trees. It was a wonderful 52 degrees when we awakened.
Marcella prepared chicken salad for sandwiches for everyone's lunch yesterday. Delicious.
Monday--today
We will be in search of a lighthouse, cheese factory, and a museum.
Here's Oregon's beautiful wild coast....
This bridge from Washington into Astoria Oregon is long with a curve then a right turn at the end....and lots of traffic.
Wild beauty!
