Long-time readers may remember that last winter we wanted to have Reuben sandwiches but couldn't find deli corned beef at any grocery store.
This winter Gary and Evelyn brought corned beef with them from Missouri! That's thinking ahead!
Today Chef Gary did all of the prep work for the Reuben sandwiches, made a "popcorn salad", and put baked beans in the slow cooker.
I made a layered pudding/cream cheese dessert.
Gay and Fred came 30 minutes early tonight to join us for the sandwich dinner. Chef Gary prepared the sandwiches on the griddle; we enjoyed the dinner in the outdoor living space.

The music tonight was outstanding! The Fab Four are getting better each time they are together!
Of course there was great conversation to go with the dinner, music and dessert!
