7/9/2014 Travel Day, Glennallen to Anchorage, AK (Golden Nugget RV Park, Anchorage, AK)

We were more than ready to leave the mosquito population in Glennallen!  Oh, my, that is the worst, the most in one area we have ever seen.

It was a three-hour trip south to Anchorage.  There are no pictures today, no wildlife seen.  This is the third trip on this stretch of the highway.

We are at the Golden Nugget RV Park, once again.  But unlike the other stays, this will have to be a one night stay.  They are fully-booked the next few days.

We will be moving north to the Palmer/Wasilla area for the next three days.  The next reserved sites are at Talkeetna, starting Sunday night.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my brother, Ron, today.  He is five years younger than me.  I have a feeling he worked on his birthday.  I wish him a great birthday.

We watched the movie "Mr. Phillips" starring Tom Hanks tonight.  Gary and Evelyn hosted Movie Night at their rig.  Jeff and Marcella also were there.  It is quite intense, but a very good movie.
