July 18, 2018 Day 4 Maine Trip (Moose River Campground, Saint Johnsbury, Vermont)

A long day!  Approximately 440 miles.  

The 40 miles that were non-interstate were the curviest and narrowest of the trip so far.  Those forty miles were scenic but there were the distractions of road construction, striping, and a wide load in front of us!

These harness racers were practicing across the highway from us at our first rest stop at a facility called "Tioga Downs".  

There were "Moose Crossing" signs the second half of the day.  I looked and looked but didn't see one.

"Moose River Campground" is full of moose/meese? but they are all carved!  

One more day on the road, mostly local roads.
