Back in civilization! Hurray.
We arrived back in Cape Girardeau middle of this afternoon.
We had a grand time this past week at the camp-out with all of my cousins, and two aunties. There were 97 of us this past week.
There was lots of swimming, canoeing, kayaking, camp fires, smores, and , of course, lots of visiting. Most of these cousins we see only once a year. Three babies arrived in the last year, and two more are expected in the next three months. The tribe keeps increasing.
First on the afternoon agenda: lunch
Next: laundry
Then vacuuming and getting the RV ready for travel in the morning.
Jeff and Marcella, Glen's next youngest sister, are parked here in the same RV park in their Super C RV (meaning it is extra long--35'). The four of us will leave in the morning heading for Indiana, the first stop on the way to the Mackinaw Island area, in Michigan.
We have chosen the route for tomorrow.
