9-11-16 Last trip to the Pacific Ocean

California Sea Lions: they looked like they were beached.  They could barely move.

Highway One runs north and south along the California beach.  We drove 27 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge this afternoon.  It was the last view of the Pacific Ocean for this trip.

I know some of you have driven the "Going to the Sun" Road in Glacier National Park.  Highway One is curvier than that.  There were no straight stretches; going into curves, leaving curves, going up hill into curves, going downhill into curves.

In the morning we had east and south to Yosemite National Park.  Doug and Mildred will be the first to depart, heading to Missouri without stopping at Yosemite.

San Francisco has a variety of things to see and do!  We didn't see it all but what we did was great.

On to the next big adventure!
