Even this is Sunday morning, I am writing about yesterday, Saturday.
Glen spent time with the atlas and calendar, making plans for when we leave San Francisco. We know for sure we are going to Yosemite, Kings Canyon NP, and Sequoia NP.
After that there will be time before we need to be in San Antonio TX on Sept 26 where work will be done on the motor home. Thursday the 29th, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday there are activities at Lackland AF Base related to Landon's basic training graduation. THEN it will be time to go to Cape Girardeau.
Back to Saturday: we drove to the local Farmers Market where there was a variety of fruits and vegetables, and eggs, milk, honey, nuts, tomatoes, figs,
---all of which is organic! This is the California way!
We shared a crepe filled with bacon, cheese, green onions, mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes. It was delicious!
Glen spent a couple of hours singing with Evelyn and Marcella. It was a perfect time for a nap for me.
Last evening we, just the two of us, went to Outback Steakhouse where we shared a filet mignon, baked potatoes, and salad.
Returning to the motor home we watched the Mizzou football game, and the St. Louis Cardinals' game.
There are tentative plans today (Sunday) to drive north on Highway 1. Need to get ready!
